Does Intel® Virtual RAID on CPU (Intel® VROC) Support RAID 5 Volumes on VMware* ESXi*?

When will Intel® VROC be supporting RAID 5 on ESXi* 8.0?

Resolution

Intel® VROC for VMware* ESXi* provides support for RAID 1 volumes created using NVMe* disks only. Other RAID types like RAID 5, are currently not supported on VMware* ESXi*.

Contact the system manufacturer for other options to create RAID volumes that are compatible with VMware* ESXi*.
