SupremeRAID™ SE offers two different modes: Perpetual and Subscription.

Perpetual: For licensing inquiries, please contact our Sales Team.
Subscription: Please log in to the SupremeRAID™ Portal to register and start your subscription with recurring monthly payments. We currently offer a 90-day free trial.

Warning

System suspension and hibernation are currently unsupported by SupremeRAID™ SE. Please ensure that the machine does not enter suspension or hibernation mode.

Fixes

Fixed an issue during MPIO configuration to ensure uninterrupted service operations.
Fixed an issue where NVMe SSDs with fewer than four I/O queues were incorrectly allowed to be used for physical drive creation.
Fixed an issue with handling abnormal physical drives that become unresponsive, preventing service disruptions.

Known Issues and Limitations

System suspension and hibernation are currently unsupported.
SAS/SATA/NVMe-oF drives are not supported in the Windows driver.
If you have previously installed other SupremeRAID™ products, executing the SupremeRAID™ SE installation will prevent the restoration of previous product settings.
For Subscription mode, please note that one email account is restricted to a single subscription, machine and GPU. Cross-device usage is not supported. After your subscription expires, you will still be able to access and read your data, but the data cannot be written to the drive.
GPU environments with NVLink are not supported.
