SupremeRAID™ SE offers two different modes: Perpetual and Subscription.
- Perpetual: For licensing inquiries, please contact our Sales Department.
- Subscription: Please log in to the SupremeRAID™ Portal to register and start your subscription with recurring monthly payments. We currently offer a 90-day free trial.
Warning
System suspension and hibernation are currently unsupported by SupremeRAID™ SE. Please ensure that the machine does not enter suspension or hibernation mode.
New Features
- Subscription Management: Users can log in to the SupremeRAID™ Portal to manage subscriptions.
- Payment: Users can log in to the SupremeRAID™ Portal to link their credit card and set up automatic monthly payments.

Fixes
- Fixed a rethunk warning appearing in dmesg.
- Fixed an issue that prevented configurations made with driver versions 1.7.2 and later from being restored properly.
- Fixed compatibility for the write zeroes command in the kernel driver.

Known Issues and Limitations
- System suspension and hibernation are currently unsupported. Please ensure that the machine does not enter suspension or hibernation mode.
- NVMe-oF drives are not supported in the Linux drive.
- If you have previously installed other SupremeRAID™ products, executing the SupremeRAID™ SE installation will prevent the restoration of previous product settings.
- For Subscription mode, please note that one email account is restricted to a single subscription, machine and GPU. Cross-device usage is not supported. After your subscription expires, you will still be able to access and read your data, but the data cannot be written to the drive.
- GPU environments with NVLink are not supported.
